The Bakery

The Bakery accommodates up to five people requiring personal care. At the time of inspection, five residents lived at the home. Staff demonstrated strong infection control practices, wearing required PPE correctly whilst supporting people. The service implemented visitor guidance to prevent COVID-19 transmission, with clear information displayed and explained upon entry. A regular testing programme was in place for both staff and residents, and detailed outbreak response plans were established. The home maintained high cleanliness standards, with staff completing daily tasks and regular cleaning of frequently touched surfaces. Regular infection control audits took place, with actions followed up when necessary.
