The purpose-built facility spans three floors, with communal spaces featuring a cinema, café, and restaurant. Each bedroom has ensuite facilities, and residents have access to outdoor gardens and seating areas.

At the time of inspection, 34 people were using the service. Residents and their relatives reported feeling safe, and staff recruitment processes were secure with sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs. Medicines were managed safely, and the home maintained appropriate risk management practices.
