The Airedale Nursing Home

The Airedale Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 57 people across two units spread over three floors, with one adapted wing and one purpose-built wing. On the day of inspection, 41 people were residing at the home.

The home has made thoughtful provisions for visitors, with several outdoor garden areas designated for socially distanced visits by appointment. An indoor visiting space was being developed for the winter months, complete with separate entrance, exit, and parking facilities so visitors would not need to walk through the main service areas. These arrangements enable relatives to maintain contact with their loved ones while maintaining physical distance.
