Annandale Lodge

Annadale Lodge accommodates up to 26 older people with physical disabilities and dementia across ground and two upper floors, with lounges, a dining room, and an accessible garden. At inspection, 24 people were resident at the service.

People received safe care and were protected against avoidable harm, neglect, and discrimination. Staff assessed risks to people's safety and implemented strategies to mitigate them. Residents were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.
