Terry's Cross House is a residential care home supporting up to 12 older people and people with physical disabilities and sensory loss in a rural setting. At the time of inspection, eight people were using the service.

People receive personalised care from staff who know them well and consistently report feeling safe and happy. One person commented, "I am very happy here, the staff treat us well, they are always kind and they come quickly if I need them. " The home has sufficient staffing levels to provide safe care and people are protected from risks of abuse.
