Keychange Charity Romans Home offers accommodation and personal care for up to 30 older people, including some living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 25 people lived there. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding staff well trained in safeguarding, risks well managed, and enough staff on duty to meet people's needs promptly.

Inspectors found people were supported to remain independent and were treated with dignity and respect, with care plans reflecting individual choices and preferences. People said they felt safe and well looked after. However, the CQC rated the leadership of the home as requiring improvement, while all other areas were rated Good.
