Forest View

Forest View accommodates up to 60 people in a single adapted building and primarily cares for residents with dementia, as well as those with age-related disabilities and frailty. At inspection, 52 people were living at the home.

During isolation periods, staff demonstrated creative approaches to supporting residents' wellbeing. One-to-one time was used to engage people in their rooms through conversation and therapeutic activities such as hand massage and nail painting, helping to mitigate the impact of isolation on residents' emotional health and quality of life.
