About Forest View

Forest View is a residential care home in West Sussex, offering a familiar and homely setting where residents can feel genuinely at ease. The team here understands how much it means to families to find a place that feels right, and they work hard to make sure every person in their care is treated with kindness and respect.

Forest View accommodates up to 60 people in a single adapted building and primarily cares for residents with dementia, as well as those with age-related disabilities and frailty. At inspection, 52 people were living at the home.

During isolation periods, staff demonstrated creative approaches to supporting residents' wellbeing. One-to-one time was used to engage people in their rooms through conversation and therapeutic activities such as hand massage and nail painting, helping to mitigate the impact of isolation on residents' emotional health and quality of life.
