Temple Croft Care Home

Temple Croft provides personal care for up to 40 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 25 people were using the service. The home uses a dependency tool to ensure adequate staffing levels, though staff reported that additional support would have been beneficial during the inspection period to reduce stress levels. All staff were recruited safely and received regular supervision and ongoing training to support their roles effectively.

People felt safe and well cared for, with staff demonstrating good knowledge of their individual needs. Residents praised the quality of meals and spoke positively about activities available to them. Both residents and relatives felt comfortable raising concerns with staff or the registered manager, speaking highly of their approachability and responsiveness. The premises were clean and tidy with personalised bedrooms and homely communal areas.
