College View

College View supports up to 12 older people in one adapted building, with nine people receiving care at the time of inspection. The service has implemented a robust visiting policy that ensures visitors have access to appropriate personal protective equipment and receive a lateral flow coronavirus test before entry. Staff wear PPE in line with government guidance, and designated areas are set up around the service for staff to remove and put on protective equipment. The service actively communicates with relatives to promote residents' wellbeing and supports people to join in activities that maintain their physical and mental health.
