Welholme Road

Welholme Road provides personal care and accommodation for up to 16 people living with mental health disorders, physical disabilities, and drug or substance misuse issues. The home delivers safe care with robust safeguarding policies and procedures in place to protect residents from harm and abuse. Medicine management is carefully controlled, and staff follow infection prevention and control practices to maintain safety standards.

Staff receive appropriate induction, training and support, applying their learning effectively in line with best practice. Staffing levels are monitored to ensure people receive the support they require, leading to good outcomes for residents.
