Taptonholme

Taptonholme accommodates up to 19 people in an adapted older building and provides personal care for older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 13 people were using the service.

People told inspectors they felt safe, with staff demonstrating good understanding of safeguarding and whistleblowing procedures. Relatives confirmed their family members were kept safe. Staff knew people well and identified risks appropriately, with people reporting that staff were always available to meet their needs.
