Tapton Grove

Tapton Grove is a residential care home accommodating up to 61 people across three buildings. The service provides personal and nursing care to people living with dementia and those with mental health support needs. At inspection, 51 people were using the service.

People received their medicines safely and as prescribed. Staff were suitably recruited and trained to support residents effectively. The home identified risks in people's lives and planned care to mitigate these concerns. Residents were supported to have maximum choice and control over their daily lives.
