Riverdale

Riverdale is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 40 adults, including people living with dementia. Twenty people were using the service when inspectors visited, following a concern raised about care standards and PPE supplies. The CQC found people received safe, individually tailored care and confirmed adequate PPE was available throughout the home.

People told inspectors they felt safe, and staff were described as friendly. Relatives gave positive feedback, saying their family members were well cared for and praising how staff treated them. The service has retained its overall rating of good.
