Meadow View

Meadow View accommodates up to 20 people with learning disabilities across three bungalows on the same site. The service is designed around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion, enabling people to live as ordinary a life as any citizen. During the inspection, all 20 available places were occupied.

The service had previously been rated Good overall, with a requirement to improve in safety following concerns about product storage and bed suitability. At this inspection, improvements had been made in both these areas, and evidence continued to support the Good rating.
