Tadworth Grove Care Home, in Surrey, provides personal and nursing care for up to 45 older people across three floors, including those living with dementia or long term conditions. The CQC carried out a responsive assessment following concerns about care, cleanliness and management, but found no evidence to support these. The home was rated Good overall.

Inspectors found people were well cared for by staff who knew them, with person-centred activities, safe medicines management and a clean, well-maintained environment. Staff were well trained and supported, and relatives spoke positively about the care provided. A small number of people raised concerns about the attitude of some staff, which the provider addressed promptly during the assessment.
