Sycamore Hall

Sycamore Hall provides nursing and residential care for up to 60 people, with 47 residents at the time of inspection. The home is built over two floors and offers spacious communal areas for residents to use.

The home implemented robust infection control measures during the inspection period. All essential visitors were required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, provide NHS Track and Trace information, show negative COVID-19 test results, and have their temperature checked before entering. Staff ensured proper hand hygiene practices were followed by all visitors.

People were actively supported to maintain contact with their relatives, with visitors able to attend for one-to-one face-to-face visits at the home.
