About Bilton Hall Nursing Home

Bilton Hall Nursing Home is a nursing home in North Yorkshire, providing care for people with a range of nursing needs. Details of the most recent CQC inspection are set out below.

Bilton Hall Nursing Home provides nursing care for people with a range of needs. The CQC rated the service requires improvement overall, following concerns about governance and record keeping. Staffing had improved since the last inspection, though people gave mixed feedback about the use of agency staff, and inspectors found permanent staff were kind, caring and attentive.

People said they felt safe and comfortable raising concerns, and relatives were generally satisfied with care and medical support. Feedback on food was mixed and the lunchtime experience needed improvement, which the provider had already begun addressing. A new manager and deputy manager were in post, and the provider was asked for an action plan to address the shortfalls found.
