Swanton House Care Centre

Swanton House Care Centre provides residential and nursing care to 29 people living with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. The home is registered for up to 49 residents and accepts people with various needs including physical disabilities, dementia, and dual diagnoses, across all age groups. The service operates from three houses set in large grounds: Holly and Bluebell are single-storey purpose-built properties with some self-contained accommodation, while Birch is a converted period building scheduled for refurbishment and modernisation.
