Staff demonstrated appropriate training and knowledge to keep people safe, with clear understanding of how to manage risks while respecting individuals' dignity and independence. People and their relatives expressed confidence in the staff, describing a caring culture within the service. They felt staffing levels were appropriate to meet their needs.
