The facility is housed in one adapted building where residents have their own rooms and access to communal spaces including a large lounge, dining room, and gardens from the ground floor.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe at the home and expressed satisfaction with their experience. Residents were able to receive visits from friends and family at any time, and relatives felt confident approaching the registered manager with any concerns or issues they wished to discuss.
