Henford House is a care home providing nursing and personal care to older people, younger adults and people with physical disabilities. Following an earlier requires improvement rating, the CQC found the home has improved and is now rated Good overall. Medicines management had been strengthened, with consistent support for people to take prescribed medicines and better systems for storage and equipment checks.

Inspectors found people felt safe, involved in their care and confident raising concerns with staff. The home was clean, well maintained and worked well with other agencies.
