Catherine House Care Home

Catherine House Care Home is located in Frome, North Somerset, in a detached four-storey building. It provides accommodation, nursing, and personal care for up to 67 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 51 residents were living at the home.

Inspectors found that people were not always protected from the risk of harm. The provider's systems to audit the quality of the service were not robust or sufficient to alert them to concerns and issues within the home.
