Sutherland Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 74 people, including those living with dementia-related conditions. At inspection, 64 residents were living at the home. Staff demonstrated strong infection prevention and control practices, with ample PPE supplies and clear understanding of safe use and disposal.

All staff had completed relevant training and enhanced cleaning schedules were in place for frequently touched areas. The home supported residents to maintain family and social contacts through visits, video calls and phone calls, with relatives praising how staff managed these arrangements. All staff were fully vaccinated, with systems in place to record vaccination status of staff and visitors.
