The CQC rated the home Good overall, with an outstanding rating for how caring staff were. Inspectors found sufficient, safely recruited staff, a clean and well-maintained environment, and strong systems for managing risk and learning from incidents.

People and relatives gave exceptionally positive feedback, describing staff as compassionate and the home as welcoming. Care was highly personalised, with a wide range of activities and interest groups on offer. The registered manager was seen as approachable, and quality assurance systems were found to be effective.
