Sussex House Care Home

Sussex House Care Home provides care for older people and younger adults who need support with their mental health. At the time of the CQC's inspection, 22 people were living there. The inspection followed earlier safeguarding concerns and checked progress against previous breaches in medicines management, governance and staffing, all of which inspectors found had been resolved.

People told inspectors they felt safe, well supported and involved in planning their care, with staff described as skilled and responsive. The registered manager carried out regular checks to maintain standards, though inspectors noted feedback processes could be broadened further. Overall, the CQC rated the home Good.
