Bramley House accommodates up to 42 older people, some with dementia, with 32 residents at the time of inspection. The service provides residential care and personal care for its residents.

Staff support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive practices in their best interests. The home's policies and systems support this approach. At the previous inspection, there was a breach regarding consent procedures for people lacking capacity. The necessary changes have since been made to address this issue.
