Albany House - Tisbury

Albany House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 19 people aged 65 and over, with 15 residents at the time of inspection. The home offers ground and first floor bedrooms with private bathrooms, alongside shared lounge, dining and conservatory spaces, with garden access available to residents.

The manager has been implementing positive changes to care quality and documentation of residents' needs. Staff know residents well and provide personalised support. While some shortfalls in medicine management procedures and newly embedded monitoring systems require ongoing attention, the inspection identified many areas of improvement across the service.
