Sunset Cottage

Sunset Cottage provides personal care for up to five people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorders. The detached house sits in a residential area on the edge of Chudleigh with no outward signs identifying it as a care home. It operates under the brand name Home Orchard, part of Dalskats Limited, alongside three other local services. The four services share administrative facilities, records and management systems based at Palace Farm and are located within approximately 400 yards of each other, working closely together with staff rotating between the homes.
