Palace Farm is a residential care home providing personal care for up to three people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorders. The property is a period farmhouse situated on the edge of Chudleigh, set in large gardens and fields with various buildings offering a range of work and leisure opportunities. At inspection, three people were living there.

The service supports people to be independent with control over their own lives. Staff communicate in ways that meet people's needs and support them to make decisions based on best practice. Staff focus on people's strengths and promote what they can do, supporting residents to achieve their aspirations and goals.

They enable people to take part in activities and pursue their interests in their local area. Residents are fully involved in discussions about how they receive support.
