Summer Cottage

Summer Cottage is a residential care home providing personal care for up to two people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorders. At the time of inspection, two people were living there. The service operates as a bungalow on a residential housing estate on the edge of Chudleigh with no outward signs of being a care home. It is registered under Dalskats Limited and operates under the brand name Home Orchard, alongside three other local services. These services share administrative facilities, records and management systems, located within approximately 400 yards of each other, with staff working across the different locations.
