Touchstones

Touchstones is a residential care home providing personal care to 15 people aged 18 and over, with 14 residents living there at the time of inspection. Staff were kind and caring, knowing residents' needs well, and were properly trained and safely recruited with sufficient numbers to meet people's needs. Care plans were fully assessed and regularly reviewed with each person's keyworker, and residents had full access to health and social care services with staff support to use them. Individual needs, preferences and choices were respected, enabling people to live the life they chose with maximum control over their own lives.
