Summerville House

Summerville House provides personal and nursing care to 25 residents aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. The service operates across two floors of an adapted building with capacity for 26 people.

The home has implemented improvements to ensure safe care. Staff have received training on safeguarding and recognise the signs of abuse and appropriate responses. Risk assessments are in place with mitigations identified, and medicines are managed safely. Staffing levels are adequate to keep residents safe, supported by robust recruitment processes. The premises are clean and staff have access to appropriate training and equipment to prevent infection spread.
