Inspectors found the home was performing well, with health risks managed safely, enough trained staff in place, and medicines stored and administered correctly. The environment was clean and well maintained, and safeguarding processes were followed appropriately.

People and relatives spoke positively about kind, respectful staff and felt involved in care decisions. Nutrition, activities and healthcare access were well supported, and end of life wishes were respected. The service was described as well led, with effective quality monitoring and an approachable management team.
