Oakland Court

Oakland Court provides accommodation and care for up to 37 older people with a range of needs, with 34 residents living there at the time of inspection. The service had previously been rated Requires Improvement due to concerns about medicine storage, accident prevention, nutrition and hydration support, safe recruitment systems and audits. Following this inspection, significant improvements were identified across all areas, with the service now achieving Good ratings in each domain. Staff had implemented effective changes to address previous concerns, demonstrating their commitment to enhancing the quality of care provided to residents.
