Fairhaven

Fairhaven provides care for up to thirteen people with mental health issues. At the time of inspection, eight people were living at the service. The home had previously received a good rating but was found to be in breach of regulations due to incomplete care plans lacking clear guidelines for managing challenging behaviours. The provider submitted an action plan to address these issues and has since demonstrated compliance with legal requirements.

Staff demonstrated a commitment to person-centred care, with inspectors observing positive interactions and evidence that the home had implemented improvements to care planning documentation. The service continues to support residents' wellbeing and maintains appropriate oversight of care provision to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
