SummerHill

SummerHill is a small care home providing personal care to people with a learning disability and autism, and to older or younger people who may have a physical disability or dementia. At the time of the assessment, six people were living at the service.

The CQC rated the home Good overall. Inspectors found people were happy, safe and supported to lead active, independent lives, with enough suitably trained and vetted staff in place. Care was person-centred, staff worked well with health professionals, and leaders promoted an inclusive, empowering culture that helped people engage with their local community.
