Cavell Lodge

Cavell Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 36 older people, including those with dementia. At the time of inspection, 34 people were living at the service.

The home maintained high standards of safety and hygiene. All visitors had their temperature checked, completed a questionnaire, and took a lateral flow test before being given appropriate personal protective equipment. Visiting professionals were required to show evidence of vaccination, which was recorded. The service was clean and fresh throughout, with cleaning schedules in place including dedicated high touch point cleaning.
