Stroud House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 25 people over 65, including those living with dementia. At inspection there were 20 people using the service. Staff levels were determined by assessing each person's dependency needs, and inspectors observed safe staffing levels with staff appearing unhurried and available to support residents.

Care plans contained accurate information about people's needs and risks, and medicines were administered safely by staff who knew people well.

Residents and relatives were positive about the quality of care, confirming they felt people received safe, personalised support. Staff ensured care was tailored to individual preferences and needs.
