The home employs sufficient staff with robust recruitment practices in place, and all staff receive induction and training appropriate to their roles.

People are assessed before admission to ensure the home can meet their needs, and their capacity to consent to care is properly evaluated.

Residents feel safe at the home, with relatives confirming they are reassured about people's wellbeing. Staff adopt practices that protect people from harm, and people appear relaxed in the company of staff.
