The home had previously been in Special Measures following breaches around safe care, staffing, consent and governance, but the CQC found significant improvements and it is now rated Good overall, no longer inadequate in any area.

Inspectors found strengthened oversight, safe medicines management and good understanding of risk among staff. Some environmental repairs were still needed, though funded plans were underway. Families and professionals praised communication, personalised care and an approachable, responsive management team.
