Station Road - Holmes Chapel accommodates up to four people who require support with their daily lives, with all four places occupied at inspection. The two-storey property is conveniently located near shops, public transport and local amenities. The service provides person-centred support designed to enable people with learning disabilities and autism to live meaningful lives with control, choice and independence.

Staff received training on safeguarding procedures and were aware of how to respond to abuse concerns. Risk assessments were in place to prevent avoidable harm, with appropriate equipment available where needed. People received their medicines safely from trained staff whose competency was regularly checked. Staffing levels were sufficient to meet residents' needs.
