Inspectors found that risks, such as falls, were not always well managed, with care plans and risk assessments not always accurate or consistently followed, and the environment not always adapted to meet people's needs. Oversight of the service also needed strengthening. Even so, people generally felt happy and safe, described staff as kind, knew the manager, and felt confident raising concerns.
