Stallcombe House

Stallcombe House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 33 people, including people with a learning disability and autistic people, across the main house and a separate unit called The Willows. The CQC rated the service good overall, following an assessment prompted by concerns about escalation of medical issues and leadership, which inspectors found were not substantiated.

Inspectors found people were kept safe, with enough skilled staff and clear safeguarding practices. Care was personalised, promoted independence and choice, and leaders were described as inclusive, with a positive culture and strong governance supporting continuous improvement.
