St Thomas

St Thomas is a nursing home in one adapted building over two floors, providing personal care and nursing support for up to 72 older people, including those living with dementia. Bedrooms are ensuite, with shared living areas and garden access. At the time of assessment, 50 people were living there.

The CQC found the service was performing well, with improvements made since the previous inspection, particularly around managing dietary risks safely. Staffing levels, recruitment, medicines management and infection control were all satisfactory. Leadership was described as open and approachable, and people, relatives and staff had confidence in the management team.
