Ashcombe

Ashcombe is a purpose-built residential care home across four floors providing accommodation and personal care for up to 33 older people, including those living with dementia. The home has implemented robust visitor safety measures, including temperature and symptom checks, hand washing requirements, and lateral flow device tests before entry. A self-contained garden pod enables safe family visits, and when visits aren't possible, the provider supports residents with video and telephone calls to maintain family contact. Staff use appropriate personal protective equipment and other mitigation measures where social distancing cannot be maintained.
