Oak Farm

Oak Farm is a nursing home providing rehabilitation for people living with brain injuries. The service can accommodate up to 32 people and was supporting 24 at the time of inspection. The home comprises a main building with capacity for 28 people and a smaller unit for four people. Both areas provide access to a communal gym and gardens.

The home has made significant improvements in record keeping and governance since the previous inspection. People and their relatives were positive about the changes implemented. Medicines were stored and administered safely, with people receiving their medications on time as prescribed.
