Oak Court supports up to 19 people with neurological injuries, offering rehabilitation and maintenance support to help people reacquire skills to the best of their ability. The home has ensuite facilities in all bedrooms with exterior exits, allowing residents to access their rooms without passing through the main building. Fire doors enable staff to zone off corridors, and staff work in consistent cohorts to reduce risks and provide continuity of care.

Appropriate risk assessments have been completed for all residents and staff, with enhanced assessments for more vulnerable groups. The service maintains strong infection control practices and has designated areas for safe visits when visitors are able to attend.
