St Matthews Care Home

St Matthews Care Home accommodates up to 75 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of this inspection, 72 people were residing at the service. Residents described staff as kind and reported being happy with the care provided. Their needs were being met through personalised support that reflected individual preferences and routines.

Staff supported positive risk-taking and encouraged people's independence daily through appropriate risk assessments. Care was delivered in a way that recognised each person's likes, dislikes and individual requirements.
