Willow Court provides personal care and accommodation for up to 81 people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, 67 people were resident at the service, with most living permanently and two respite rooms available for short stays. The accommodation spans two floors with four living areas ranging from 15 to 25 bedrooms each.

Each area includes multiple communal spaces and dining facilities, with a central café accessible to all residents.

The service creates a warm, welcoming and very friendly atmosphere where the registered manager has developed a person-centred culture. Staff provide care and support tailored to individual needs, ensuring people receive personalised assistance that reflects their preferences and requirements.
