St Matthew Road

St Matthew Road provides accommodation and personal care for up to 10 people with learning disabilities and some associated physical or sensory disabilities. Nine people were living there at the time of the assessment, and the CQC rated the service Good overall.

Inspectors found people felt safe and were supported by skilled, kind and respectful staff, with sufficient numbers on duty to meet their needs. Care plans were developed with people and their relatives, giving staff the information needed to support them effectively. People were supported to make choices, live independently, and had their wishes respected.
